Honey From the People's Republic of China: Final Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On January 3, 2012, the Department of Commerce ("Department") published in the Federal Register the preliminary rescission of the ninth administrative review, covering the period December 1, 2009, through November 30, 2010, of the antidumping duty order on honey from the People's Republic of China ("PRC").\1\ We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Rescission.
