In antwoord op een verzoek van ICL-IP America, Inc. (de verzoeker), is het U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) een landwijd circumvention inquiry aan het starten om te bepalen of bepaalde alkyl phosphate esters (esters), die zijn voltooid of geassembleerd in Thailand met intermediate chemicals vervaardigd in de People's Republic of China (China), de antidumping en compenserende duty (AD) orders (CVD) bijhouden op esters uit China.
