The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) published a notice in the Federal Register on March 14, 2011, inviting proposals for the McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition (McGovern-Dole) Program Micronutrient-Fortified Food Aid Products Pilot (MFFAPP).
