The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that large diameter welded pipe (welded pipe) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) was not sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
