The amendments are due to the planned decommissioning of the VOR portion of the Darwin, MN (DWN), VOR/ Tactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) navigational aid (NAVAID). The Darwin VOR is being decommissioned as part of the FAA's VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) program.
