Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a meeting of the Pennsylvania Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene by conference call at 11:30 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. The purpose of the planning meeting is to discuss the draft report titled, School Discipline and the School-to-Prison Pipeline in PA, that the Committee voted to submit to the legal sufficiency review at its August 18, 2020 planning meeting.
