The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain small diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe (under 4\1/2\ inches) from Japan for the period of review (POR) June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
