The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products (HRS) from Brazil for the period January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. For information on the net subsidy for the company reviewed, see the "Preliminary Results of Administrative Review" section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results of this administrative review. See the "Disclosure and Public Comment" section of this notice, below.
