The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing a non- competitive (direct) sale of 8.125 acres of public land in Beaver County, Utah, to adjoining landowner, Kent and Alice Smith, under the provisions of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA), as amended, at not less than the appraised fair market value of $2,030.
