Lokale automatische vertaling · Oorspronkelijke brontaal
Samenvatting
In this document the primary goal of the Commission is to determine whether there are circumstances under which Commission depreciation requirements could be eliminated for price-cap carriers in a manner that serves the public interest. In reaching this goal it is important to ensure that the consumers are protected against harmful rate impacts that could result from unregulated depreciation practices. The Commission remains concerned, and seeks to assure, that any changes in depreciation practices do not adversely impact consumers and competition.
