Notice is hereby given that a Federally owned invention U.S. Patent No. 5,591,434 issued on January 7, 1997, entitled ``DNA Sequence Encoding Surface Protein of Cryptosporidium Parvum'' is available for licensing and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to Merial Limited of Athens, Georgia, and Fort Dodge Animal Health Corporation of Overland Park, Kansas, co- exclusive license to S.N. 08/229,393.
