The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the time limit for the preliminary results of the administrative reviews of the countervailing duty order on certain welded carbon steel pipes and tubes and welded carbon steel line pipe from Turkey. The reviews cover two manufacturers/exporters and the period January 1, 1997 through December 31, 1997.
