Notice of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: Viscose Rayon Staple Fiber From Finland

In response to a request by the petitioners, the Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on viscose rayon staple fiber from Finland. The review covers one manufacturer/exporter, Kemira Fibres Oy, during the review period, March 1, 1996, through February 28, 1997. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results of review. Parties who submit comments in this proceeding are requested to submit with each argument (1) a statement of the issue and (2) a brief summary of the argument.
