The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or Agency) is extending the comment period for the proposed listing determination for spent solvents, which appeared in the Federal Register on August 14, 1996 (61 FR 42318). The public comment period for this proposed rule was to end on October 15, 1996. The purpose of this notice is to extend the comment period to end on November 14, 1996.
