De Commissie heeft de volgende vragen gesteld:

De Farm Credit Administration (FCA, we, or our) wijzigt onze regelgevingseisen voor hoge risico leningen door "Formally restructured loans (TDR), also known as troubled debt restructurings" te verwijderen. In 2022, veranderingen in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) hebben de boekhoudguidance voor TDR's geëlimineerd, verbeterde openbaarmakingseisen for certain loan refinancing and restructuring undertaken when a borrower is experiencing financial difficulty and changed existing vintage year disclosure requirements for public business entities.
