The Commission, under 49 U.S.C. 10505, exempts Norfolk and Western Railway Company from the prior approval requirements of 49 U.S.C. 11343-45 to purchase and operate three line segments totaling approximately 50.15 miles of track owned by Consolidated Rail Corporation between Fort Wayne and Warsaw in Allen, Whitley, and Kosciusko Counties, IN. The line segments consist of: (1) Conrail's main line track between milepost 319.2 at Fort Wayne and milepost 363.0 at Warsaw; (2) the GR&I industrial track between milepost 93.3 and milepost 97.8 in Fort Wayne; and (3) the Fourth Street industrial track between milepost -0.9 and milepost 0.95 in Fort Wayne.
