Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to Yulex Corporation of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, an exclusive license for U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 08/145,546 filed November 4, 1993 and U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 08/423,911 filed April 13, 1995, both entitled ``Hypoallergenic Natural Rubber Products from Parthenum argentatum (Gray) and other Non-Hevea brasiliensis Species.'' Notice of Availability for U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 08/145,546 was published in the Federal Register on June 21, 1994. Serial No. 08/ 423,911 is a division of Serial No. 08/145,546.
