The Department of the Navy proposes to alter an existing system of records notice subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended. The Department of the Navy proposes to add an additional routine use for the system as follows: `Information relating to professional qualifications of chaplains may be provided to civilian certification boards and committees, including, but not limited to, state and federal licensing authorities and ecclesiastical endorsing organizations.'' Other minor administrative amendments are being made.
