Samenvatting
This action amends 40 CFR part 60, subpart O, Standards of Performance for Sewage Treatment Plants. Specifically, provisions requiring metals analysis of air samples and sludge samples are deleted. This deletion is occasioned by the promulgation of final regulations under section 405(a) of the Clean Water Act (CWA) on February 19, 1993, which eliminates the reason for metals testing under this subpart.
