Job Corps: Final Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for Eight New Job Corps Centers

Pursuant to the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations (CEQ) (40 CFR part 1500-08) implementing procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) of the Department of Labor (DOL) gives final notice of the proposed construction of the above-mentioned eight Job Corps Centers and that this construction will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. In accordance with 29 CFR 11.11(d)(1) (DOL's NEPA Compliance Procedures) and 40 CFR 1501.4(e)(2) (CEQ Requirement Making FONSIs Available for Public Review), preliminary FONSIs regarding these centers were published in the January 11, 1995, Federal Register as follows:
