Samenvatting
The Small Business Administration (SBA) is revising on an immediate basis the limitations on its share of disaster assistance made available to homeowners for any one disaster commencing on or after January 1, 1994, from $20,000 to $40,000 for repair and replacement of household and personal effects and from $100,000 to $200,000 for repair or replacement of a primary residence, and is also increasing the limitations expressed in other provisions of its regulations governing disaster loans to homeowners which are based upon those limitations. This revision is being undertaken on an emergency basis and is therefore published as a final rule.
