Samenvatting
The Coast Guard proposes to establish a temporary safety zone on the Cuyahoga River, Cleveland, OH. This proposed rule is intended to restrict vessels from a portion of the Cuyahoga River during the Dragon Boat Festival and Head of the Cuyahoga boating events.
