On August 1, 2012, the Department of Commerce ("Department") published in the Federal Register the notice of initiation of the sunset review of the suspended antidumping duty investigation on lemon juice from Argentina. The Department has conducted an expedited sunset review of this suspended investigation. As a result of this sunset review, the Department finds that termination of the suspended antidumping duty investigation would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the rates identified in the "Final Results of Review" section of this notice.
