Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection Renewal; Comment Request

The FDIC, as part of its obligations under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the renewal of the existing information collection described below (OMB Control No. 3064- 0153). The FDIC is seeking a one-year extension of this information collection. The notice of the proposed renewal for this information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on May 20, 2026, allowing for a 60-day comment period. No comments were received. The FDIC, with the other federal banking agencies, has also published a notice of proposed rulemaking that, once finalized, will revise this information collection. Extensions of Credit to Insiders

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is proposing to increase quantitative thresholds for certain extensions of credit to insiders of FDIC-supervised institutions, as restricted by the Federal Reserve Act and regulations promulgated thereunder. Resolution Submissions Required for Covered Insured Depository Institutions

The FDIC is seeking comment on a proposal to revise its regulations that require resolution submissions by insured depository institutions (IDIs) with at least $50 billion in total assets.
