The Coast Guard proposes to amend 33 CFR Part 165.929 Safety Zones; Annual Events requiring safety zones in the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan zone. This proposed rule is intended to amend, establish, or delete the rules that restrict vessels from portions of water areas during events that pose a hazard to public safety.
