概要
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone imposing restrictions on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW) between West Harvey Lock Gulf West (WHL) mile marker 98.5 to 108.5. All vessels are prohibited from transiting the zone except as specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port or a designated representative.
