ローカル自動翻訳 · 情報源の原言語

概要

In response to requests from petitioners,\1\ the Department of Commerce ("the Department") is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India ("Indian Hot-Rolled") manufactured by Essar Steel Limited ("Essar"), Ispat Industries Limited ("Ispat"), JSW Steel Limited ("JSW"), and Tata Steel Limited ("Tata"). The period of review ("POR") covers December 1, 2007, through November 30, 2008. We preliminarily determine to calculate an antidumping duty margin based upon the application of adverse facts available ("AFA") with respect to Essar's sales. We also preliminarily determine that Ispat, JSW and Tata had no entries of subject merchandise subject to review under this antidumping order during the POR. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of this review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise during the POR. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
