The Coast Guard is changing the drawbridge operation regulation for the Coos Bay Railroad Bridge, Coos Bay, mile 9.0, at North Bend, Oregon to delete the requirement for special sound signals used in foggy weather and to change the name of the owner. The change is necessary to make the sound signals used at the bridge consistent with other bridges in the area and to eliminate the unnecessary special sound signals.
