ローカル自動翻訳 · 情報源の原言語

概要

In response to a request by interested parties, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain welded carbon steel pipe and tube ("welded pipe and tube") from Turkey. See Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Requests for Revocation in Part, 74 FR 30052 (June 24, 2009) ("Review Initiation"). This review covers the Borusan Group\1\ (collectively "Borusan"), Tubeco Pipe and Steel Corporation, Toscelik,\2\ Erbosan, Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. ("Erbosan"), and the Yucel Group companies.\3\ We preliminarily determine that Borusan and Toscelik made sales below normal value ("NV"). If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") to assess antidumping duties based on the difference between the export price ("EP") and the NV. The Yucel Group companies reported that they had no shipments to the United States during the POR. The preliminary results are listed below in the section titled "Preliminary Results of Review."
