The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that the sole producer or exporter subject to this administrative review made sales of certain uncoated paper (uncoated paper) from Portugal at below normal value during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2022, through February 28, 2023.
