Non-Refillable Steel Cylinders From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results, Partial Rescission, and Intent To Rescind, in Part, of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain producers and or/exporters made sales of non- refillable steel cylinders (non-refillable cylinders) at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review with respect to certain companies, and Commerce intends to rescind the review, in part, with respect to one company. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results of this review.
