The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain paper plates (paper plates) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) during the period of investigation, January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
