(TRAPA), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a changed circumstances review (CCR) of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada to determine whether TRAPA is the successor-in-interest (SII) to Trans-Pacific Trading Ltd.
