The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Datong Juqiang Activated Carbon Co., Ltd. (Datong Juqiang) and Jilin Bright Future Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Jilin Bright), exporters of certain activated carbon from the People's Republic of China (China), sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022.
