The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone extending 100 yards from Pier 66, Elliott Bay, Washington to ensure adequate safety of the boating public during naval and aerial spectator events associated with the Parade of Ships for the annual Seattle SeaFair Fleet Week.
