The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is soliciting public comment on its draft Interim Staff Guidance (ISG), DSS-ISG-XX, "Treatment of Certain Loss-of-Coolant Accident Locations as Beyond- Design-Basis Accidents."
