The application seeks NRC approval of the indirect transfer of control of Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-28, as well as the general license for the independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI), for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station (VY) from the corporate parents of NorthStar to a new intermediary holding company that would acquire control of NorthStar, as described in the application.
