Spartan filed an original noncompliance report dated November 4, 2019, and later amended it on November 11, 2019. Subsequently, Spartan petitioned NHTSA on December 2, 2019, for a decision that the subject noncompliance is inconsequential as it relates to motor vehicle safety. This notice announces receipt of Spartan's petition.
