This notice publishes the amendment to the Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians Title 5--Regulatory Provisions, Chapter 5-1, Liquor Control (Chapter). This Chapter amends the existing Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians Tribal (Confederated Tribes of the Coos) Liquor Code, enacted by the Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians Tribal Council, which was published in the Federal Register on February 23, 2006 (71 FR 9369).
