This NOFA announces the availability of approximately $15 million in one-year budget authority for Housing Choice Vouchers (HCVs) for non-elderly disabled families in support of Certain Developments that provide preferences for, or restrict occupancy to, certain units for occupancy for elderly families only. This NOFA is governed by the information and instructions found in the Notice of HUD's FY2008 Notice of Funding Availability; Policy Requirements and General Section (General Section) to HUD's FY2008 NOFAs for Discretionary Programs that HUD published in the Federal Register on March 19, 2008 (73 FR 14882), the SuperNOFA Introduction published on May 12, 2008 (73 FR 27032), and the correction published on June 12, 2008 (73 FR 33446).
