The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending to December 28, 2009, the comment period for the notice that appeared in the Federal Register of July 1, 2009 (74 FR 31457). In the notice, FDA requested comments on the implementation of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (the Tobacco Act).
