Initiation of Antidumping Duty Changed-Circumstances Review: Stainless Steel Bar From Japan

In accordance with section 751(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and Sec. 351.216(b) of the Department of Commerce's (the Department's) regulations, TRW Fuji Valve, Inc. (TRW), a U.S. importer, filed a request for a changed-circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel bar from Japan. The petitioners and domestic interested parties have affirmatively expressed a lack of interest in the continuation of the order with respect to 21-2N modified valve/stem stainless steel round bar.\1\ In response to this request, the Department is initiating a changed- circumstances review of the order on stainless steel bar from Japan with respect to this product as described below. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
