The Coast Guard is conducting a Port Access Route Study (PARS) to evaluate the applicability of and the need for modifications to current vessel routing measures in the approaches to Block Island Sound, between Montauk Channel and The Race, and the area from the Point Judith Pilot Boarding area to The Race.
