概要

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. This is for the clearance of two data collections vital to the continued participant tracking and data management for the Moving to Opportunity (MTO) demonstration program, MTO is a unique experimental research demonstration designed to learn whether moving from a high- poverty neighborhood to a low-poverty neighborhood significantly improves the social and economic prospects of poor families. This data collection is necessary to measure impacts approximately 5-years after families were randomly assigned to the two treatment groups and the control group.
