The South Atlantic Fishery Management Council (Council) will hold a series of five public hearings for proposed actions specified in Draft Amendment 15 to the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources in the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico.
