The Department of Commerce has received information sufficient to warrant initiation of a changed circumstances review of the antidumping order on brake rotors from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). The review will be conducted to determine whether Shandong Huanri Group Co., Ltd. ("Huanri Group") is the successor-in-interest to Shandong Huanri Group General Company ("Huanri Group General").
