Oil Country Tubular Goods From Mexico: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Notice of Intent Not To Revoke in Part

ローカル自動翻訳 · 情報源の原言語

概要

In response to requests from two respondents, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Mexico. This review covers two manufacturers and exporters of the subject merchandise, Tubos de Acero de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (TAMSA) and Hylsa S.A. de C.V. (Hylsa). The period of review (POR) is August 1, 1998, through July 31, 1999. We preliminarily determine that sales have not been made below normal value (NV). If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs to assess antidumping duties based on the difference between export price (EP) or constructed export price (CEP) and NV. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
