Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552(a)(e)(4), the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is required to publish notice in the Federal Register upon the establishment of a system of records on identifiable individuals maintained by the USTR and to provide opportunity to comment.
