The United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, has filed an application to withdraw 2,916.31 acres of National Forest System land to protect the Arnett Creek/Picketpost Mountain Special Interest Area. This notice closes the land for up to 2 years from location and entry under the United States mining laws. The land will remain open to all other uses which may be made of National Forest System land.
