Advance Notice of Arrival: Vessels Bound for Ports and Places in the United States
ローカル自動翻訳 · 情報源の原言語
概要
The Coast Guard amends its rules to require certain vessels to notify us of their International Safety Management (ISM) Code certification status when they enter U.S. waters and ports. The rule requires these vessels to include their ISM Code status in notice of arrival messages that are routinely sent to the Coast Guard Captain of the Port. This rule will allow the Coast Guard to monitor vessel compliance with ISM Code certification requirements.
